Summer Camps
2009
Although the Rocky Mountain Middle School Math and Science Partnership will no longer fund RM district students' summer camp experiences, CSU and METRO will continue to offer camps. Scholarships may be available. Please contact camp coordinators for more information.
The Rocky Mountain Middle School Math and Science Partnership sponsors science, math, and technology residential and non-residential summer camp programs each year. The non-residential programs are half-day in length. The camps primarily target middle and junior high students from these seven partner districts: Adams 14, Brighton, Elizabeth, Englewood, Gilpin, Jefferson, Mapleton. There are also sessions that target high school students (see the Colorado State University and Fort Lewis College camps).
Each participant must have both a consent and assent form filled out (signed & dated) before the start of the summer camp(s) s/he is participating in. Data collected from surveys or aptitude tests cannot be used to further educational research goals without said completed forms. We appreciate your cooperation.
