**No RM-MSMSP Structured Follow-up Courses will be offered after Spring 2009;
Open only to Jeffo and CDE participants.
Jeffco & CDE district teachers will have the opportunity to take an academic year lesson study, through their district NOT RM-MSMSP, that corresponds with the 2009 Summer Academy courses MATH 5008: History of Math both sections & BIOL 5002: Ecology, Biodiversity & Adaptations. The lesson study SFUs in fall ’09 and spring ’10 will be optional and if you choose to participate you will receive an additional $750 stipend. You may either choose to take the course for a stipend or credit (not from UCD), not both. The time commitment is one full day and four half days.
